Delhi Dynamos have roped in Bruno Pelissari, the playmaker who played a major part in Chennaiyin’s 2015 Indian Super League (ISL) winning campaign.

The 23-year old midfielder, who was on loan at Chennaiyin FC from Brazilian club Atletico Paranaense over the past two seasons, joins Delhi Dynamos after Hans Mulder went the other way to the southern club.

In his fourteen appearances for Chennaiyin last time out, Pelissari scored three goals and notched up an assist. He was among the stand-out performers for the club which went on to clich the title at the end of the season. His attacking threat and ability to string passes made him one of the key players for Marco Materazzi.

Interestingly, Pelisari was among the scorers for Chennaiyin when the Marina Machans smashed four goals past Delhi Dynamos at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai.

Post the 2015 season, Pelissari joined Moldovan giants, Sheriff Tiraspol for the second half of the season where he could only manage three substitute appearances.

Now back in the capital, with the added experience of winning the league with Chennaiyin FC under his belt, Pelissari would want to inspire his new team to the summit.
