MAN UTD TARGET EVANS RETURN

Manchester United are ready to submit an offer that would bring West Brom defender Jonny Evans back to Old Trafford, the Mirror reports.

Jose Mourinho believes Louis van Gaal made a mistake by selling the centre-back for £6 million in 2015, with the Red Devils reportedly fending off interest from Manchester City and Arsenal for the 29-year-old.

West Brom are believed to be open to selling Evans for around £30m during the January window.


LIVERPOOL TO MISS OUT ON DE VRIJ

Liverpool are set to miss out on Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij, according to the Mirror .

The Reds reportedly have monitored the Dutch centre-back as an alternative to Southampton's Virgil van Dijk, but they're poised to miss out as Inter Milan prepare a £25 million bid that would keep De Vrij in Serie A.


CONTE TO MADRID, ANCELOTTI TO CHELSEA

A report in the Sun has claimed that Real Madrid are lining up Antonio Conte as a replacement for Zinedine Zidane, with the Daily Record  reporting that Carlo Ancelotti will return to Stamford Bridge before next season.

The Chelsea boss is apparently high up on the list of candidates to take over from Zidane, while Ancelotti has apparently held talks with Roman Abramovich and it's a case of 'when, not if' over the Italian's return.


BARCA TO IMPROVE COUTINHO BID

Barcelona's main objective this winter will once again be the signing of Philippe Coutinho, with the Spanish side ready to come back in with an improved bid according to Mundo Deportivo .

While Liverpool turned down their star man's transfer request this summer, it is thought they will be more open to his move during the January transfer window and Barcelona believe there is a price set around  €145 million


MOURINHO TO LET MKHITARYAN LEAVE

Jose Mourinho may be willing to let Henrikh Mkhitaryan leave this winter, according to BBC Sport .

The Manchester United boss let both Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin leave last winter, and the report says a "breakdown in trust" could allow the same for the 28-year-old come January. 


GUNNERS GEARING UP FOR OVERAUL

As many as 10 first-team players could be on the way out at Arsenal, reports the Daily Mail

With new head of recruitment Sven Mislintat installed, the club have already started putting together a plan for a massive overhaul, with Mainz’s Abdou Diallo and Wolfsburg’s Ohis Felix Uduokhai among the players already being mentioned as potential targets. 

Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Per Mertesacker are among those who will likely be leaving the London side. 


MKHITARYAN OUT, OZIL IN AT MAN UTD

Jose Mourinho is ready to offload Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the summer as he looks to make room for Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil, reports The Daily Mirror .

The Armenia international has fallen out of favour at Old Trafford and hasn't featured for Jose Mourinho's side since November.

And the Manchester United boss is now ready to cash in on the former Dortmund star and replace him with Ozil, whose contract with the Gunners expires in 2018.


BATSHUAYI PART OF CHELSEA'S LEMAR BID

Chelsea have joined Arsenal and Liverpool in the chase to sign Lemar , whose reported £92 million price tag could be offset partly by striker Batshuayi heading to Monaco.


SANCHES TO RETURN TO BAYERN

Bayern Munich are ready to cut short Renato Sanches’ loan spell at Swansea and bring the Portugal midfielder back to the Allianz Arena in January, reports Mais Futebol .

Sanches has struggled to make an impact during his time at Swansea, and talks are taking place over an agreement which would see him spend the second half of the season back at Bayern.


MAN UTD HAVE BALE AGREEMENT

The defender has played just once since Chelsea's Champions League defeat to Roma in October and reportedly has the likes of Bayern Munich monitoring the situation.

Jurgen Klopp is weighing up a January move for Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic, according to Spanish outlet Diario Gol .

Liverpool may soon need a replacement for the seemingly Barcleona-bound Coutinho and Klopp is said to see Kovacic as the man to fill the Brazilian's shoes.

And with Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Isco and Casemiro all ahead of Kovacic in the pecking order, plus Dani Ceballos and Marcos Llorente also on the fringes, an exit from the Santiago Bernabeu may be on the cards.


MASCHERANO OFF TO CHINA

DORTMUND WON'T SELL AUBAMEYANG

Borussia Dortmund will not sell Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang during the January transfer window, according to Sport Bild .

Aubameyang had been keen to leave Dortmund in the summer, but no offers met his €70 million valuation and he has been linked with a departure in the New Year.

The likes of Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool and Real Madrid are all said to be interested in Aubameyang, but Dortmund want to keep the Gabon forward to boost their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.


LIVERPOOL LINE UP ATLETICO DEFENDER
